II. Disassembly, loading and binding

1. When removing scraper conveyor, power off and lock it first, and then pinch the scraper chain at the head transition groove, Lock the head motor and send power to the tail motor. The tail motor rotates forward and jogs to spit out all scraper chains, and manually pull them to the side of the coal wall and load them out from the machine Lane in sections

2. After the tail of the scraper conveyor is removed, use the air lane winch to pull it under the lifting device for disassembly, remove its transmission part, and load it separately. The specific method of loading is to use two chain blocks to hang the two ends of the parts respectively. After lifting to a certain height, push the flatbed truck under the equipment for loading. When binding, these moisture entering the binding system of each truck plays the role of PA molecular plasticizer. Bind at least 6 places, and at least 6 strands of 8 # lead wires are twisted and bound at each place, that is, bind and fix with 8 # lead wires at the four corners first, and then use two Φ The 18.5mm steel wire rope buckle is cross tied with the flower bar screw along the diagonal

3. The tail transition slot and its adjacent two middle slots are transported to the air lane for loading

4. After the above work is completed, install the turntable and track laying, and prepare for the removal and transportation of the middle trough

5. When disassembling the middle trough and cable trough, first remove the two racks and put them on the side of the coal wall, and then remove the cable trough. Disassemble every two chutes as a whole, and the dumbbell pin connected in the middle cannot be disassembled

6. The middle trough and cable trough are loaded on an inclined platform. The main winch is used to tow the flatbed truck, and the flatbed truck is reliably connected with the inclined platform. The auxiliary winch is used to tow the middle frame for loading. One piece is required to be bundled, and the binding method is the same as above. The binding must be firm and reliable. After the equipment is bundled, the hook head of the auxiliary winch can be removed. Each vehicle is required to be equipped with only two chutes and two cable troughs, mainly due to buffer failure

7. After loading and binding, if there is no problem after inspection, remove the connecting pin between the inclined platform and the flat workshop, remove the steel wire rope of the auxiliary winch from the track, use the main winch to lift it to the turntable Road, and then use the winch to transport it to the +1170m yard

8. After the head of the scraper conveyor is disassembled, the inclined platform is also used for loading, and the loading and binding method is the same as that of the middle slot

9. Before the rear conveyor is recycled, when all the rear tail beam inserts are knocked out, clean the floating coal on the left and right sides of the rear conveyor first, check the maintenance of the roof on the old airside of the rear conveyor, and then check the support of the upper opening expansion section after confirming that there is no hidden danger. When the support is intact, pull out the middle pillar, vacate the recycling channel, and start recycling. If the roof support is found to be unreliable after pulling out, Sheds of the same specification must be used for support

10. During disassembly and recycling, the support must be supplied with liquid normally, and a special person shall be assigned to check the integrity of the support. If there is liquid leakage and other conditions, it must be handled immediately to prevent the tail beam of the support from falling

11. When the rear conveyor is recycled, it can be divided into two sections for recycling at the same time (centered on the 60# support), that is, the upper section is recycled from top to bottom, and the lower 980.7 section is recycled from bottom to top

12. When reclaiming the tail section of the machine, the air tunnel pillar retracting winch can be used to cooperate with the guide pulley for recycling. Fix the guide pulley on the berm of the upper side of the tail beam of the 100 # frame with the new 40t chain link or steel wire rope buckle, and pull the section above 60 # frame from the upper side of the 100 # frame. 3. The temperature will be pulled out of the space to the normal temperature, dragged to the loading place, loaded and transported away by classification

13. The tail and transmission part of the rear conveyor can be pulled by 5T guide chain. After the end support is recovered and the lower roof is maintained, the JH-14 pillar retracting winch installed in the machine lane is used to recover the head section of the rear slide machine in conjunction with the guide pulley. The guide pulley is supported by a new 40t chain link or steel wire rope buckle, and the berm is fixed at the appropriate position of the machine Lane on the tail beam side of the 1# transition frame. After being pulled out, it is loaded and transported outside the machine lane. The loading and bundling methods are the same as those of the previous slide
