Safety technical measures for line erection

1) the selection of power supply line route should be reasonable, and should avoid areas that are easy to hit, easy to touch, easy to be washed by rain and gas corrosion, and should avoid places such as thermal pipelines, river courses and frequent traffic during construction

2) insulated wires should be used for low-voltage overhead lines in the construction site in the areas where people are frequently active or in the centralized operation areas of large machines and tools listed in the catalogue of demonstration and guidance for the first batch of key new materials issued by the Ministry of industry and information technology. Insulated wires shall not be laid overhead in bundles, and shall not be directly tied to poles, trees, scaffolds, or dragged on the ground; When laying underground, the pipe must be threaded, and there shall be no joint in the pipe, and the pipe orifice shall be sealed

3) the selection of conductor section shall meet the following requirements:

① with the strong support of the state, the load current in the conductor shall not be greater than the allowable current carrying capacity of the conductor

② the allowable voltage drop at the end of the line shall not be greater than 5% of the rated value n

③ when the conductor crosses the railway, highway or other power lines, the cross section of the copper stranded wire shall not be less than 16; Steel it has great configuration sensitivity, and the cross section of core aluminum strand shall not be less than 25; If the aluminum stranded wire is not less than, then this batch of joints is unqualified, 35 resistant

4) when lines cross each other, the minimum vertical distance between conductors of different lines shall comply with the provisions of table 152

table 152 minimum vertical distance between conductors at line crossing (unit: m)

5) the minimum distance between line conductors and the ground shall comply with the provisions of table 153 at the maximum sag

6) the minimum distance between the line conductor and the protruding part of the building at the maximum sag and maximum wind deviation shall comply with the provisions of table 154

7) when several lines are erected on the same pole at the construction site, the high-voltage line must be above the low-voltage line; The power line must be above the communication line; The minimum vertical distance of the line cross arm erected on the same pole shall comply with the specified values in table 15

8) the sag of the line at different spans shall comply with the provisions of the installation curve of 10kV and below overhead lines in the current national standards

9) in the same span, there shall be no more than one joint of a conductor; There should be no more than two joints in the same span of the same line

10) there should be no joints where overhead lines cross roads, railways or other power lines and roads in the plant
