until the end of 2014, some key administrative regulations and technical standards for fire prevention of building energy-saving projects have been officially issued in succession. Combined with the promulgation of GB "classification of combustion performance of building materials and products" in October 2013 and the implementation of GB "code for fire protection design of buildings" on May 1 this year, the requirements for fire safety of thermal insulation materials in building energy-saving projects have basically been settled. At present, some provinces and cities are preparing fire prevention technical specifications or technical requirements for external thermal insulation materials in accordance with the requirements of the code for fire protection design of buildings GB in combination with the actual situation in the local area

2. From the perspective of energy conservation requirements:

in recent years, the national requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction have been continuously strengthened. The national energy efficiency design standards for residential buildings and public buildings, and the energy efficiency design standards for residential buildings with rural control characteristics have been revised. The limit value of heat transfer coefficient of envelope structures such as "outer" walls and roofs is further reduced, and the design standards for building energy efficiency in various provinces and cities are also being revised accordingly. Beijing and Tianjin have issued higher energy-saving requirements to meet the energy-saving design standards of 75% for residential buildings and 65% for public buildings. Generally, the formulation of these standards will not change greatly in the next year, and will be stable for a period of time

3. From the perspective of material standards:

at the same time, the industrial product standards, system material standards and application technical regulations of thermal insulation materials are also being revised, and many new standards and regulations have been issued. For example, "vacuum insulation board", "foam glass insulation products", and some standard drafts are under preparation. More than 20 standards and application technical regulations were issued in two years, which played a certain role in unifying the performance standards of thermal insulation materials and standardizing the engineering application. Basically, a relatively perfect standard system has been formed

with the revision and promulgation of the code for fire protection design of buildings GB and the energy conservation design standards for residential buildings and public buildings, and the introduction of product standards, system material standards and application technical regulations for building external insulation materials, the above three aspects: fire prevention, energy conservation, products and applications, basically have unified and clear requirements from the level of standards. Therefore, in the coming period of time, building insulation materials will enter the "new normal" - that is, the stable improvement stage in product production and technical application. This stage is the transformation of the driving force of economic growth and the deep adjustment of industrial structure, which will present a good atmosphere for the improvement of the quality of insulation materials and the level of application technology
